If the specification, the room sizes or the sub-floor condition change, we will tell you and reissue the quote before any work goes ahead. ## Measuring We measure the property ourselves before ordering. Where a customer supplies their own measurements, we cannot be responsible for shortfalls or wastage arising from them. ## Orders and deposits An order is confirmed once you have accepted the quote and any agreed deposit has been paid. Special orders and made-to-measure items are ordered to your specification and cannot normally be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer. ## Delivery and installation We deliver and install across Moray and Aberdeenshire on an agreed date. Delivery is free on purchases over £500 within a 50-mile radius. Please make sure rooms are clear and accessible. We remove packaging, and uplift or removal of old furniture or flooring is available at an additional charge, agreed in the quote. ## Interest-free credit 12 months 0% finance is available on purchases over £600. Credit is subject to status and the finance provider's own terms and conditions apply. ## Pricing and payment We do not publish prices online; everything is quoted in the showroom or after a free home measure. Prices are as stated on your written quote and include the items listed there. The balance is due as set out on the quote or invoice unless a credit agreement is in place. ## Guarantees and faults Products carry the standard manufacturer guarantee where one applies, which varies by product and manufacturer. We hold public liability insurance. If something is not right, contact us and we will come and look at it. ## Your statutory rights Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. ## Contact Questions about these terms?
